Heading down to the house this week we were not sure what to expect as we know that we are waiting on several pieces to come together however there was some surprising progress. The painting finished, garage door has been installed, front door surround and actual front door inside were stained, the heater vents put in, the down (had typed download, but thanks to PuzSol for noticing this, we thought we should correct it!) pipes attached and our fencers were there removing our horrible wire fence to put in place what will be our normal boundary fence.
It was exciting to see the sides of the house with no fences and to get a real feel for what it is going to look like. The fence posts holes were being dug ready, for them to return on Monday where they hope to complete the installation. We were happy to be able to meet them on site and arranged if they could also install side gates too, so at least we then have the house secured.
So while we didn’t get inside for a proper look around, we were happy with the progress being made. After visiting our place, we popped across the estate and met Reinsey, a fellow Avenue blogger, it was great to finally put a face to the name and have a tour of their amazing new home. It is exciting to see a great home come together.

Colour combinations look great from the outside, would have liked to have a peek through your windows but didnt want to intrude on your fencing guys.

Wow, your house is speeding along and looks fantastic i have a bit a garage door envy :( We have been measured up last week but no door yet, i think we are about a week behind you guys, our painting started last Friday :) I think we may have the same guy as you!! Seriously can you believe how qickly our house are going, it hard to keep up!!
