After having to take an afternoon off work, we had an appointment to sign the contracts - all 3 copies of them with about 100 pages each! You are probably thinking yeah that's ok! ..... But wait for it.........
We had to initial every page, sign where required, query the contract as we went and this took all of 4 hours! What an afternoon, there is no ink left in that pen after Lou asked all our questions!
Next update to come, is we have chosen the tiles for the bathrooms, and laundry!
Also we have managed to get a sample of the wood floor we are putting in, so will share that with you too.
