Wow!
The range of colours and categories you can choose from is mind boggling! Last Wednesday we took the day off to go select our colours, plugs, light switches and light fittings, doors, roof tiles, should we go on?!?!
We had to go to a studio, whereby they take you through the steps of choosing your house, so to start off we had to choose the outside colours and features. This included the following:
Roof Tiles, Gutters, Fascia's, driverway, window frames, house colour.
What do you think?
Top Left: Colour of house (Mud Puddle Hebel)
Top Right: Window Frames (Woodland Grey)
Bottom Left: Gutters and Fascia ( Monument)
Bottom Right: Downpipes (Dune)
For the inside, we have gone with a white (Lexicon Half), and the bulkhead (Sandy Day Half) which is a feature between the living area and the kids retreat (study/time out area!).
Moving into the next section, were the doors, front door and internal doors (internal are just white doors, we can always change them later!)
Kitchen was the next task at hand..... Geez.... the range of colours out there, now i hope we don't offend anyone but some are hideous! So we have taken the plunge and gone with........
Left: Kick Backs, under the cupboards
Middle: Cupboards Polar White (Vinyl Gloss)
Right: Benchtops (Raven Caesarstone)
Are you keeping up as we are now moving into the bathrooms... Toilets and showers to choose!
Good job we took the day off, as we are only half way through! Next up carpets, flooring, outside deck, and driveway! We don't have these samples so you will just have to wait and see!!!
Here is the bathroom!
White tile, will be the walls in the shower areas
Alto Nero DC Porcelain textured will be on the floors, in the ensuite, bathroom, toilet and laundry.
Both tiles will be 300x600
The decking outside is River Reds which will have a natural stain (thats for us to do!). Decking will be in the Outdoor Room & Portico area.
Well that is it! Tell us what you think?
awesome!!!!!!! cant wait for the block party!!! shall we start the collection for the house cleaner now!! so you can just sit back relax and enjoy it!
